ICT-PEP Indonesia, on September 3-5, 2025.
Dear IEEE Members,
On behalf of the organizing committee, we are pleased to announce that the "7th International Conference on Technology and Policy in Energy and Electric Power (ICT-PEP)" will be held on-site in Yogyakarta, Indonesia, on September 3-5, 2025.
As clean energy and smart grid are key components to ensure energy sustainability, ICT-PEP 2025 conference will serve as a platform for policymakers from the government, researchers from national & international energy research institutes, academicians from universities, as well as managers and engineers from the industry to share ideas and research results that related to these issues. This conference will also provide an opportunity for participants to establish a triple helix network between academicians, businessmen, and the government. Specific discussion on application of IR 4.0 technologies including artificial intelligence and cyber security will be conducted during this conference.
ICT-PEP 2025 is jointly organized by PLN Technology Institute, PT PLN (Persero) Research Institute, and Center for Energy Studies, Universitas Gadjah Mada. ICT-PEP 2025 welcomes paper submissions related to this conference theme, including but not limited to the following areas:

Submissions:
All submitted papers will be accepted based on their quality, presentation, and relevance through the review process.
The manuscript must strictly adhere to the standard IEEE format and must be 4 to 6 pages, including bibliography and any possible appendices.

The following points outline the minimum requirements that must be fulfilled, including but not limited to the aspects listed.
1. Manuscripts with a similarity index exceeding 30% will be automatically rejected.
2. The manuscript must be a minimum of 4 full pages. Please ensure that page 4 is not limited to references only, but includes substantial content.
3. The manuscript must follow the two-column layout as required by the IEEE template.
4. References should primarily cite IEEE publications to ensure topic relevance and scientific rigor.

Publication and Indexing:
All accepted and presented papers will be published into ICT-PEP 2025 Conference Proceedings, submitted to IEEE Xplore, and further indexed by Scopus.
