SUBMISSION TRACKS
We welcome contributions in the following categories:
1. Full Paper Submissions
Original research contributions (4–6 pages) presenting novel findings, methodologies, and applications in systems science and engineering.
2. Special Session Proposals
The IEEE RASSE 2025, is a premier conference in systems science and engineering research. RASSE invites proposals for Special Sessions with approximately 4-5 papers to be presented at the conference. The purpose of these Special Sessions is to provide a platform for presenting novel ideas in a more focused and perhaps less formal manner than regular papers at the main conference. Special Session proposals should include a list of paper titles and contributing authors. Special Session proposals are solicited in all areas, and topics on systems design and implementation and collection of papers addressing emerging research directions in these areas are also welcomed.
3. Tutorial Proposals
The IEEE RASSE 2025 Organizing Committee invites proposals for tutorials to be held during the conference. Tutorials offer participants from different backgrounds the chance to explore innovative trends and learn new techniques from experts on specific topics in systems science and engineering. The aim is to attract a broad audience, including professionals, researchers, students, and practitioners – anyone who wishes to enhance their knowledge of the selected tutorial topics. The focus of the tutorial will be on well-organized, systematic presentations of educational value. RASSE 2025 solicits proposals for tutorials of 1.5- or 3-hour duration. The selected tutorials will be held on the first day of the conference.
4. Workshop Proposals
The IEEE RASSE 2025, is a premier conference in systems science and engineering research. RASSE invites proposals for half-day workshops affiliated with the conference. The purpose of these workshops is to provide a platform for presenting novel ideas in a more focused and perhaps less formal manner than at the main conference. The workshops are anticipated to enable stimulating discussions on state-of-the-art, emerging, visionary, and perhaps disruptive technologies. Workshops should be organized to promote active interaction between participants. Workshop proposals are solicited in all areas, and topics on systems design and implementation and workshops addressing emerging research directions in these areas are also welcomed.
5. PhD Forum Submissions
The IEEE International Conference on Recent Advances in Systems Science and Engineering 2025 (RASSE 2025) will host a forum for PhD students, Master's students, and other early-career researchers to highlight their dissertations. The forum brings a great opportunity for PhD students, Master's students, early-career researchers, and new PhDs to a broad audience in the system science and engineering community from both industry and academia. Participants with interdisciplinary work are particularly welcome.
