IEEE INDICON is the flagship annual conference of the IEEE India Council, offering a premier platform for researchers, academicians, and industry professionals to present their innovative ideas and solutions. The 2025 edition invites original and high-quality research contributions aligned with the conference theme.

About the Conference:
IEEE INDICON has evolved into one of the most esteemed conferences in India in the domains of Computer Science and Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and Electronics and Communication Engineering. The inaugural edition was held at IIT Kharagpur in 2004. This year, IEEE INDICON 2025 continues its legacy as the flagship annual international conference of the IEEE India Council.


Scope and Objective
Theme: Regenerative Intelligence: Advancing AI for Industrial, Societal, and Environmental Impact Artificial Intelligence stands at the forefront of a technological renaissance—enabling transformative impact across industries, societies, and ecosystems. As the world accelerates toward sustainable and inclusive growth, AI offers unprecedented capabilities in sensing, learning, optimization, and autonomous decision-making to address complex challenges and create long-term regenerative value. IEEE INDICON 2025 invites cutting-edge research, innovative applications, and real-world case studies aligned with the conference theme. We seek contributions that demonstrate how AI can drive regenerative intelligence—where technology not only solves problems but also revitalizes systems for enduring impact. The conference focuses on the following high-priority domains where AI is catalyzing change:

We welcome original research, applied innovations, and interdisciplinary contributions that leverage machine learning, deep learning, reinforcement learning, generative AI, graph neural networks, blockchain, federated learning, and decision science. Submissions that advance and promote the use of Open and Equitable AI Assets, and propose AI solutions adaptable across varied regional and socio-economic contexts are particularly encouraged. INDICON 2025 provides a platform for researchers, practitioners, policymakers, and industry leaders to shape the future of AI—one that regenerates, empowers, and uplifts.

  • Paper Submission Start Date: June 30, 2025

  • Submission Deadline: August 31, 2025

  • Notification of Acceptance: November 2, 2025
