Paper Submission Guidelines

·         Papers must be original and not submitted elsewhere.

·         Manuscripts must follow the IEEE conference format.

·         Submissions should be made only through Microsoft CMT.

·         All submissions will undergo a rigorous peer-review process.

·         At least one author of each accepted paper must register and present the paper.
