The 5th IEEE International Women in Technology Conference (WINTECHCON 2024) will be held in Bengaluru, India, on November 12th – 13th, 2024.

WinTechCon, India's only technical conference by and for women in engineering, is committed to providing a platform for showcasing high-quality technical contributions made by women technology leaders in industry and in academia. The conference will focus on electronic system design and associated areas. WinTechCon agenda encompasses innovations in software and hardware components of system design, fueling thought leadership, cutting-edge research, and new products. 

In the last decade, modern-generation electronic system design has made tremendous strides in novel architecture, design, implementation, testing, reliability, and safety in software and hardware. Advances in Machine Learning algorithms, process technology, and upcoming quantum computing are making higher-order computation cheaper and more energy efficient, with ever-shrinking die sizes.

Paper submissions are expected to be high-quality in electronic system design and associated areas (as per the Call for papers). Manuscripts must be anonymous and submitted only through the Conference website. 

Authors are invited to submit full papers formatted according to the IEEE conference paper format, including results, tables, figures, and references. All submissions are handled through the Conference Website.
