Dear IEEE Members,
IEEE R10 HTC 2025 will be held at Chiba University of Commerce, Japan, from September 29 to October 1, 2025. With the theme "Beyond SDGs − A New Humanitarian Era with Intelligent Partners", the conference aims to underscore society's rising expectations for humanitarian technologies to deliver practical, enduring solutions.
The conference's primary objective is to promote dialogue and research in fields such as electrical engineering, communications, computing, security, and disaster relief, with an emphasis on sharing cutting-edge technological innovations that can benefit the underprivileged.

Paper submission:
All papers must be submitted to the official IEEE HTC2025 submission system.
The technical committee of our conference cordially invites authors to submit papers in standard IEEE conference format. The page length limit for all initial submissions for review is SIX (6) printed pages (10-point font) and must be written in English. Initial submissions longer than SIX (6) pages will be rejected without review. After a single-blind peer review, qualifying papers may be accepted as either Oral session or Poster session. All final submissions of accepted papers must be written in English with a maximum paper length of six (6) printed pages (10-point font) including figures. The accepted papers will be included in the IEEE conference proceedings and IEEE Xplore.

The IEEE R10 HTC 2025, an esteemed annual conference spanning multiple disciplines, will convene distinguished experts from technology, engineering, science, and finance, as well as representatives from NGOs, governments, academia, and industry. The conference's primary objective is to promote dialogue and research in fields such as electrical engineering, communications, computing, security, and disaster relief, with an emphasis on sharing cutting-edge technological innovations that can benefit the underprivileged.
This notable event will feature plenary sessions, keynote speeches by renowned scholars, expert-led tutorials and workshops, research paper presentations, events focused on young professionals, a session dedicated to SDGs, ESG, and innovation, among other activities.
Organized and hosted by the IEEE Tokyo Section, IEEE R10 HTC 2025 will be held at Chiba University of Commerce, Japan, from September 29 to October 1, 2025. With the theme "Beyond SDGs − A New Humanitarian Era with Intelligent Partners", the conference aims to underscore society's rising expectations for humanitarian technologies to deliver practical, enduring solutions. The three-day conference will be preceded by a special pre-conference session.
