The conference will be held in-person at Ajay Kumar Garg Engineering College, Ghaziabad, with up to 20% of registered papers allowed for online presentation to encourage wider participation.

We invite high-quality, original, unpublished submissions. Submissions must have a similarity score of less than 25% (including references); submissions with a similarity score of 25% or higher will not be considered for peer review and will be rejected.

Date and Venue of the Conference

The conference AKGEC2026 hosted by Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, will be held offline at AKGEC, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India from February 26-28, 2026. The conference will include regular sessions with poster/oral presentations, global and technical sessions, panel discussions and poster presentations organized in AKGEC.
