All accepted and presented papers will be submitted for inclusion in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library and will be indexed by Scopus (subject to IEEE approval and quality review).

Submitted manuscripts must comply with the IEEE plagiarism policy. Only papers with less than 20% similarity will be considered for review.
