Submission Guidelines

• Papers should be original and not currently under review at another venue.
• To help ensure correct formatting, please use the IEEE style files for conference proceedings as a template for your submission. These include LaTeX and Word style files, which are available at https://template-selector.ieee.org/secure/templateSelector/publicationType (choose Conferences > LaTeX | Word).
• Each long paper should have at most 6 pages including figures, tables and references. A maximum of two extra pages per paper is allowed, but with additional charge (100 USD charge per page).
• All papers must be submitted through CMT platform only: https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/IIITCON2026/
• The papers need to be submitted online, where they will be reviewed, and the decisions and reviewers comments would be sent to the corresponding author.
• Paper Formatting: double column, single spaced, #10 point Times Roman font. Please make sure to use the official IEEE style. You can download the template here : https://template-selector.ieee.org/secure/templateSelector/publicationType
• Only PDF files will be accepted for the review process. We will follow a double-blind review process.
• New authors cannot be added after submission deadline.
• Do not submit Review / Survey Paper /Out of Scope paper ( Submit paper with original technical outcomes)
