Paper Submission Guidelines

�        Papers must be original and must not be under review elsewhere.

�        Manuscripts must follow the IEEE conference format.

�        Submissions should be made only through Microsoft CMT.

�        All submissions will undergo a rigorous peer-review process.

�        At least one author of each accepted paper must register and present the paper.
