Dear Colleagues,
On behalf of the Organising Committee, it is our pleasure to invite you to submit original, unpublished research to ICACT 2026. The conference provides an international platform for researchers, academicians, professionals and students to exchange ideas and present recent developments across the full breadth of computing.
Submitted papers must represent original work not currently under review elsewhere. All contributions are peer-reviewed and screened for originality.

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
Papers must be formatted to the official IEEE Conference Proceedings Template (double-column, US Letter), up to 10 pages — 6 pages included in the registration fee. Submissions are screened for similarity (a maximum of 15% overall and 2% from any single source) and must be submitted through the official ConfConnects portal.
PUBLICATION & INDEXING
All accepted, registered and presented papers will be submitted to the IEEE Xplore® Digital Library, subject to meeting IEEE’s scope and quality requirements. IEEE Xplore® content is submitted to Scopus for possible indexing.
