InCoWoCo [19–20 November 2026] Pune
The
2026 Third IEEE International Conference on Women in Computing
(InCoWoCo), initiated in 2024, serves as a global platform for
researchers, academicians, industry professionals, and students to
exchange ideas, present innovations, and explore emerging trends in
computing and allied disciplines. The conference recognizes the growing
impact of women in shaping technological advancements and seeks to
strengthen their participation, leadership, and visibility within the
global computing community.
The third edition of the conference,
InCoWoCo, will be held on 19–20 November 2026 at Symbiosis Institute of
Computer Studies and Research (SICSR), a constituent of Symbiosis
International (Deemed University), Pune, India, in association with the
IEEE Education Society, IEEE Pune Section, and IEEE Women in
Engineering (WIE) Affinity Group of Pune Section. The conference will
feature invited talks from eminent personalities worldwide,
pre-conference tutorial/workshops and accepted & registered paper
presentations. The conference will be held in hybrid mode. Complete

CALL FOR PAPERS
The conference seeks submissions from authors (at-least one author should be a female in the paper) working in Industry, Government and Academia showcasing Offbeat Interdisciplinary Research Papers on practical as well as theoretical aspects of Engineering, Science and Technology which is covered by the scope of IEEE. Interdisciplinary papers which focus on Functional aspects of Computing, Implementation of Electronics Technology and Employing Communication Engineering are encouraged. Advanced prototypes, tools and techniques, innovative ideas to be used in future are also inspired.
Authors may submit full papers of up to 8 pages in the IEEE double-column format through the CMT submission system (Click here to submit your paper). Submission guidelines and templates are available on the conference website under the "Call for Papers" section.

· The committee accepts only full length papers for review, not the abstracts.

PUBLICATIONS
InCoWoCo 2026
is co-sponsored by IEEE Education Society Pune and IEEE Pune Section.
Compilation of all the papers presented at the conference will be
composed as a proceedings book volume. The IEEE conference record
of InCoWoCo 2026 is #72795. All the submitted papers for IEEE InCoWoCo
2026 will undergo the stringent review process by the International
Review Committee. All the accepted manuscripts which are registered for
the conference and presented
